Melinda has 30+ years of experience in business administration, operations management, accounting and human resources. Coming from the pharmaceutical and investment industry, Melinda’s experience has primarily been in Human Resources and Accounting. Melinda serves as our Operations Manager who plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of the company organization, runs the payroll division, formulates policies, manages daily operations, plans the use of materials and manages human resources. Melinda’s workârelated human resources experience has made her knowledgeable in health, dental, vision and life insurance.
